About renting

• All linen, bath towels, electricity, heating and end of stay cleaning is included in short rentals.
• Rentals are for the whole chalet or apartment and generally by the week, Saturday 16.00 until Saturday 09.30 the following week. Out of high season it may be possible to have longer or shorter rentals eg long weekends.
• Long or seasonal rentals may be available.
• Baby cot available – please bring own bed linen for this.
• All apartments have oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, flat screen tv with satellite, ski/cycle storage, parking etc and balconies or outside seating area.
• A deposit of 30% secures the reservation with the balance payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
• Damage deposit will be payable.
• We know your beloved pets are part of your family, but please, leave them at home as we have a strict no pets policy.
• Although Diablerets is a very 'safe' village and most people leave their skis outside, all properties have ski and bicycle storage as well as parking.
• In the winter months it is advisable to be prepared with snow chains or 4x4 vehicles and snow tyres to access some chalets and apartments.
